SERVICE TERMS

A managed website service, explained plainly.

Effective September 9, 2026

The public offer

The Digital Front Door is a standardized managed website service from The Healey Farm, LLC, doing business as Four Page Website Co. The standard $999 build includes up to four primary pages, mobile-responsive design, standard contact functionality, foundational on-page search setup, connection to one client-controlled domain, and one consolidated revision round. Domain registration, third-party subscriptions, and approved add-ons are separate.

Payment and Ready Date

Accepted projects begin with a $499 deposit. The remaining $500 is due when the first complete version is presented and before the included revision round and launch. The ten-business-day build window begins only after the private service agreement is signed, the deposit is paid, the Build Brief is complete, required materials are received, and scope is confirmed—the project’s Ready Date.

Managed service is required

The website is built and operated as a managed service, not sold as a transferable website-file package. After launch, the client selects $99 monthly service or, when arranged before launch, $990 annual service. Managed service includes hosting, routine technical maintenance, platform administration, and limited minor edits. The website remains published while the selected managed service is active and current.

Minor edits

Routine support covers up to two submitted requests and approximately 30 minutes of production work per billing month for small changes to existing text, business hours, contact information, services, staff information, and client-supplied images. Unused capacity does not roll forward. Annual-plan clients receive the same monthly allowance; it does not become one annual pool. Added pages, redesigns, new functionality, substantial rewriting, and new brands are outside routine support and require separate written approval and pricing.

Domains, ownership, and cancellation

The client should register and control its domain and remains responsible for renewal. Four Page Website Co. retains its reusable systems, layouts, software, code, processes, templates, design methods, hosting configuration, and source files. The client retains its domain and original supplied materials. If managed service is canceled, the site remains live through the paid period and is then taken offline. Transfer, migration, source-code delivery, or rebuilding with another provider is not included.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and materials they own or have permission to use. Clients remain responsible for their business claims, licenses, prices, testimonials, privacy obligations, regulatory requirements, and the products or services they sell. Clients must retain original copies of all materials they submit.

No performance guarantee

We perform the service professionally and apply foundational on-page search practices, but do not guarantee rankings, traffic, inquiries, sales, revenue, uninterrupted availability, or specific business results.

The signed agreement controls

This page summarizes the standard public offer. Every accepted client receives a private Managed Website Service Agreement before paying a deposit. If this summary differs from a client’s signed agreement or approved written scope, the signed agreement and approved scope control.
