Who operates this service
Four Page Website Co. is a digital service of The Healey Farm, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. This policy applies to fourpagewebsite.com, project inquiries, private onboarding, file uploads, and the managed website service.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, current website information, project goals, service descriptions, onboarding responses, electronic agreement records, and business files you upload. We also receive ordinary technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referral source, form activity, and site analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate project fit, respond to inquiries, prepare agreements and invoices, build and manage client websites, provide support, protect the service, maintain records, understand site performance, and comply with legal obligations. Submitting a project request does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, file storage, invoicing, payment processing, and other business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and whether important actions—such as starting or submitting a project request—are completed. Your browser may allow you to limit cookies. Some essential site functions may still use local or server-side records necessary for security and operation.
Project files and retention
Client onboarding information and uploaded business files are retained while needed to evaluate, build, operate, document, or support the project. Under the managed service agreement, uploaded files and stored project materials may be deleted beginning 30 days after service ends. Clients should retain original copies of everything they provide.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to contractual, operational, security, and legal recordkeeping requirements. You may also cancel managed service according to your agreement.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can promise absolute security. This service is intended for business owners and authorized business representatives, not children under 13.
