Yes. The $999 build includes four professionally designed pages: Home, Services, About, and Contact / Request a Quote. Every Digital Front Door is then professionally hosted and supported for $99 per month. Domain registration and any approved add-ons are separate.
Every project follows the same simple schedule: a $499 deposit starts the project, and the remaining $500 is due when your complete first version is delivered, before the included revision round and launch.
No. The Digital Front Door is a managed website service—not a website-file handoff. Managed service begins when your website launches. Choose $99 per month or, when arranged before launch, $990 per year.
You do. Your domain should remain registered in your business’s name and under your control. We connect it to the website and manage the website itself for as long as your monthly service remains active.
You may cancel the managed service, and your website will remain available through the end of the paid billing period. It will then be taken offline. Your domain remains yours, but this package does not include a transfer of the website, source files, or hosting to another provider.
Routine support covers up to two submitted requests and approximately 30 minutes of production work per billing month for small changes to existing text, business hours, contact details, services, staff information, and supplied images. Unused time does not roll forward. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, and extensive rewriting are outside monthly support and will be quoted before work begins.
No. The standard experience is completed in writing by email and through the project intake. If a short call would genuinely help, limited evening or weekend times may be available.
You’ll provide your business details, service information, preferred contact information, any existing logo and photos, and helpful background. Clear, complete material helps us keep the 10-business-day promise.
Your timeline begins on the Ready Date: the business day when your $499 deposit, completed intake, content, and confirmed scope are all in place.
Absolutely. After the first look and final payment, the package includes one consolidated revision round. We’ll explain exactly how to gather and send your notes.
You can add pages at $175 each. If your project needs custom systems, ecommerce, booking, or extensive functionality, we’ll tell you before accepting the project.
